Overview
We are seeking a Part-Time Operations Technician to assist with maintaining Cybershield Security resources,
systems and endpoints that comprise our marketing website and our customer platform. You will:
Utilize an effective and adaptive communication style in multiple messaging venues (email, phone, in-person), incorporating critical listening skills, empathy and an enthusiastic problem-solving approach
Provide technical assistance to external users and internal team members.
Manage systems and applications for internal security infrastructure.
Install, service and support the enterprise desktop and other technical equipment/systems
Assist the Executive Team with trend analysis and reporting.
Skills Needed
2+ years of IT experience with at least 1 year experience specific to startups
Experience with unified communications systems (chat, media, video, voice)
Excellent written, organizational, and verbal communication skills as well as collaboration skills.
Able to convey technical concepts to individuals without prior technical knowledge or understanding of topics.
Comfortable speaking with customers and end users
Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Experience with LinkedIn, Slack, and Zoom
Responsibilities
Create New Customer Project in the App Dashboard
Send compliance gap reports to active customers
Manage Dialpad.com VOIP Business Phone account
Onboard new team members and new customers
Manage Content and Media Distribution on cybershieldsecurity.co
Manage emails and newsletter distribution using custom email System
Send security awareness training to customers
Resolve issues and troubleshooting technical problems
Create compliance gap reports for potential customers and partners
Manage apparel and products using App Dashboard
Develop knowledge and issue resolutions into Knowledgebase articles
Support the Leadership Team in maintaining technology infrastructure including cloud based files and information systems to create ease of workflow and information integrity across systems.
Manage Phishing campaigns
