We're proud to finally publicly announce our FREE NC Cybersecurity Training Tour across 4 cities -- Charlotte, High Point, Greensboro and Durham (details below).  




With October being Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we ask that you share this email and flyer (attached) with all media outlets.  Our goal is to get the word out to the entire NC small business, startup and nonprofit communities.  Our press release will go out shortly but we'd love to get the opportunity to discuss this FREE cyber training in detail where we're providing all attendees with a FREE cyber workbook and FREE website scans upon request.




As a Spring '22 NC IDEA seed grantee that's providing a free service to the entire NC small biz community; we hope to be able to spread this message across every outlet from Charlotte to Durham.

Cybershield Security is providing 100% free in-person, 1 hour cybersecurity training/education sessions specifically for NC small business owners, startup founders and nonprofit executive directors.  


Our Co-founder & CEO, Torrence Reed, an 18+ year cybersecurity SME and full stack developer with a plethora of experience advising various small businesses and startups, will lead these sessions.  The goal is to provide anecdotal stories and examples of businesses that have been proactive vs. reactive as it applies to cybersecurity while sharing free tools and ways to protect your entity.  Most will be surprised by the number of small business owners, startup founders and nonprofit executive directors that haven't even initiated the free items within their operating systems to protect their organizations.  Keep in mind that you're only secure as your weakest link (employee, business process, partner, etc.).


During the training, all attendees will receive access to our free cyber workbook, free cyber tools and a free website scan with a detailed report upon request.
